A bomb attack has killed at least 10 people in the south-western Pakistani city of Quetta, police officials say.
Reports said that a suspected suicide car bomb had targeted security forces in the area, and the blast had taken place outside a government office. Several people have been injured in the blast, Mr Manzoor said.
Militants linked to al-Qaeda and Taliban, as well as ethnic Baloch militants, are active in the province which borders Afghanistan.
Senior police official Hamid Shakil told the AFP news agency that a car bomb exploded outside the residence of a senior army official.
"Then a suicide bomber entered the house and blew himself up," he said.
Last week a bomb attack killed at least 11 people in Quetta.
