England riots: Man released over Miss Selfridge arson

A man arrested over an arson attack at women's fashion store Miss Selfridge during the Manchester riots has been released without charge.
The building was destroyed and £400,000 worth of damage caused when it was deliberately set alight in August.
Police arrested a 20-year-old on suspicion of arson in Albert Square, Manchester, at about 18:00 BST on Sunday.
He was questioned and released without charge a few hours later.
An 18-year-old man held in custody accused of setting fire to the store had his charges dropped in August.
